Race of Remembrance debut for Jaguar XF with Milltek Sport performance exhaust

A new JLR Armed Forces team is taking on the 2024 Race of Remembrance in a specially-prepared Jaguar XF with help from leading performance exhaust manufacturer Milltek Sport.

The Jaguar Land Rover Armed Forces Community team is running the XF P300 2.0T with a bespoke stainless steel exhaust created by Milltek Sport. The Turbo Back exhaust has been hand-crafted with a Motorsport Catalyst, centre and rear silencers, and a single exit titanium tip.

Made and fitted at Milltek Sport’s Ilkeston factory, the exhaust is part of the transformation of the Jaguar XF saloon into a race car. Completing the XF’s look is a unique livery created by automotive artist Ian Cook of PopBangColour. It has nods to Jaguar’s racing past with purple and yellow from the Le Mans XJR-8, blue and red from the XJC V12, and the XJ-S touring car’s dark green.

The Race of Remembrance is run by Mission Motorsport, The Forces motorsport charity, and the car will compete for 12 hours across two days with a pause at 11am on Sunday when the cars and drivers head into the pitlane for a Service of Remembrance.

“It’s an honour to be involved with such a great motorsport project and the Race of Remembrance,” said Steve Pound, Managing Director of Milltek Sport. “The car is superbly well put together and our exhaust adds to its performance, and we wish the team and drivers the best of luck for this one of a kind race.”
