HIGHLY ORIGINAL 1971 LAMBORGHINI MIURA P400 S LEADS EARLY

COLLECTOR CAR HIGHLIGHTS

LIVE PREVIEW OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS MULTIPLE COUNTRIES TO BE ANNOUNCED

BIDDING OPENS JANUARY 23, 2026

BICESTER, United Kingdom (November 20, 2025) – Broad Arrow Auctions, a Hagerty company (NYSE: HGTY), is thrilled to announce Global Icons, a multi-location online auction of motor cars and memorabilia set for January 2026, with live preview displays at multiple locations throughout the UK and Europe. A new auction concept for Broad Arrow, Global Icons will comprise three parts, including two collector car auctions—Global Icons: Europe Online and Global Icons: UK Online—along with Global Icons: Memorabilia Online, featuring a motorsport memorabilia offering.

“Global Icons introduces an exciting new auction format to our clients,” says Joe Twyman, VP of Sales for Broad Arrow’s EMEA Region. “The expansion of our footprint across the UK and Europe over the last two years allows us to present an online collector car auction experience to consignors and bidders, one that will both attract a very wide network of collectors and offer the unique opportunity to preview and inspect many of the cars on offer alongside a Broad Arrow car specialist at multiple convenient hub locations across Europe and the UK. We look forward to sharing more information about these exciting events soon.”

Consignors and bidders can expect a diverse selection of high-quality pre-war, post-war, and modern collector cars offered in Global Icons: Europe Online for cars located in Europe, and Global Icons: UK Online for cars located in the UK. The cars on offer will be considered ‘iconic’ based on their historical significance, contribution to pop or collector car culture, or importance to the DNA of their respective marque.

Broad Arrow has already secured a number of exciting early consignments for Global Icons: Europe Online and Global Icons: UK Online, led by a fantastic example of none other than the seminal supercar, a 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 S, chassis no. 4809 (Estimate: €1.600.000 – €1.800.000). This late-production example is one of approximately 338 built and was delivered new to Tenerife dealer, Vela Murillo, equipped with the desirable vented discs and factory air conditioning. The car enjoyed a glamorous early life in the Canary Islands, eventually landing with a Swiss caretaker in 1998.

Carefully restored under Swiss ownership between 2006 and 2011 in period-correct Giallo Miura over Nero leather, the Miura is offered next January in highly original condition, retaining its matching-numbers V12 engine, upgraded with desirable SV-type split-sump lubrication. Fresh from a major service amounting to over CHF 15’000 completed in 2025, and presented with a detailed history file, chassis 4809 is a superlative example of Lamborghini’s most iconic creation.

Clients can also expect an exciting selection of approximately 100 sought-after motorsport memorabilia lots to be offered in Global Icons: Memorabilia Online. Items already consigned include those used by such legendary drivers as Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Sir Stirling Moss, and Sir John Surtees.

Information on all lots will be available at broadarrowauctions.com, and bidding will open from January 23, 2026. Bidding for Global Icons: Europe Online and UK Online will close on Friday, January 30, and bidding for Global Icons: Memorabilia Online will close on Sunday, February 1.

With Broad Arrow’s presence and reach across the UK and continental Europe, along with its global team of knowledgeable car specialists, the company will host in-person previews of many of the lots on offer in the Global Icons Online Auction series at several locations across Europe and at Broad Arrow’s UK headquarters at Bicester Motion. Details of these exciting events will be released in the coming weeks.

Consignments are now invited. Interested consignors are invited to connect with a Broad Arrow car specialist at broadarrowauctions.com or by contacting info@broadarrowauctions.com. Buyer’s premium for collector vehicles offered in Global Icons: Europe Online and Global Icons: UK Online will be 10% of the final hammer price plus VAT. Buyer’s premium for all lots offered in Global Icons: Memorabilia Online will be 25% of the final hammer price, inclusive of VAT.
AUCTION TAKES PLACE ON 1 NOVEMBER 2025 AT THE DOLDER GRAND HOTEL IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AUTO ZÜRICH

BICESTER, United Kingdom (24 October 2025) – Broad Arrow Auctions, a Hagerty company (NYSE: HGTY), is counting down to The Zürich Auction, its inaugural Swiss sale presenting an exceptional catalogue of collector cars at the Dolder Grand on Saturday, 1 November.

“The most collectible cars are often the ones that have unblemished provenance, and that is certainly the case with those we are presenting at the Zürich Auction,” says Joe Twyman, VP of Sales for Broad Arrow’s EMEA Region. “Whether a rare supercar or a classic with a unique story to tell, our Swiss sale presents discerning collectors with an exciting opportunity to own some very special cars.”

Offered amongst the spectacular catalogue of cars is a stunning 2024 Aston Martin Valkyrie Spider (Estimate: CHF 2’750’000 – CHF 3’250’000). Finished in Gloss Storm Purple, this defining hypercar features over CHF 250’000 of bespoke options from Aston Martin’s ‘Q’ division. Driven only 97km, this Swiss-delivered example is one of only 85 extremely desirable Spider versions produced.

Collectors seeking a car with an incredible story need look no further than this 1952 Ferrari 212 Europa Pinin Farina Coupe (Estimate: CHF 800’000 – CHF 1’000’000). The story of chassis 0265 EU is inseparable from one of cinema’s most famous romances between Swedish actress Ingrid Bergman and Italian neorealist director Roberto Rossellini. In April 1951, Bergman and Rossellini attended the Turin Auto Show where Rossellini promised Bergman a coupe and she specifically chose Carrozzeria Pinin Farina for her car’s coachwork. Before delivery, Ferrari displayed the car at the 23rd International Geneva Motor Show, where the understated two-tone presentation announced a new design language for Maranello’s road cars.

The car’s subsequent ownership history includes noted American filmmaker Clarence Leon Brown—director of The Last of the Mohicans among other classics. Underscoring the significance of 0265 EU, the car was exhibited at the Ferrari Museum in Modena from February 2020 to March 2021. It was subsequently submitted to Ferrari Classiche and has been issued its “Red Book” certification in advance of the Zürich sale. The car is offered with a file that traces its assembly in Maranello, continuous ownership, numerous concours successes—including Pebble Beach and the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este—along with multiple participations in the Mille Miglia Storica.

The 2010 Lamborghini Reventón Roadster (Estimate: CHF 1’350’000 – CHF 1’650’000) is unmistakable in its design, having been inspired by fighter jets, and it remains one of the rarest and most iconic open-top supercars of its era. Limited to 15 examples worldwide, the Roadster was a direct evolution of the Reventón Coupe, Lamborghini’s first modern limited-production halo car that paved the way for hypercars such as the Sesto Elemento, Centenario, and beyond. Sold new by Lamborghini in Switzerland, it has been driven sparingly and shows just 2,423 kilometres.

This 2008 Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 Coupe (Estimate: CHF 1’450’000 – CHF 1’550’000) is finished in Black Metallic over a matching Anthracite Leather and Alcantara interior—a rare combination. First registered in Konstanz, Germany in August 2008, the Veyron has been impeccably serviced which qualified it for Bugatti’s coveted Passeport Tranquillité service program. The second Switzerland-based owner continued to service the car extensively, now showing just over 9,800 kilometres from new.

This range-topping 1960 Mercedes-Benz 220 SE Coupe (Estimate: CHF 70’000 – CHF 90’000 | Offered without reserve) was restored under prior ownership to its two-tone colour combination of Pearl Grey with a Black roof with red leather upholstery and rich oak wood trim. Previously a part of a vast Mercedes collection, the car was acquired by its current Swiss collector in 2013 and remains in splendid condition, displaying just 1,243 miles (Approx. 2,000 km), which is believed to be the total covered since its restoration.

As the official auction partner of Auto Zürich, a premier destination for automotive enthusiasts exploring the past, present, and future of the automobile, Broad Arrow will offer more than 60 highly collectable cars, many benefitting from verified Swiss ownership, an element of their provenance that further enhances their desirability in the international collector car market.

“Switzerland has long been associated with precision and high standards and Swiss-owned cars reflect this with exceptional maintenance history due to strict local technical inspections,” says Paul Gaucher, Head of Consignments for Broad Arrow Switzerland. “These rigorous regulations and controls ensure clear and verifiable history and often have lower than average mileage. A further advantage for collectors is Switzerland’s favourable taxation for classic cars, making our Zürich Auction a very attractive place to purchase your next collector car.”

Bidder registration for Broad Arrow’s inaugural Zürich Auction is now open with options for in-person, telephone and online bidding. Additional information is available at broadarrowauctions.com.
London, England: 27 May 2025 – Broad Arrow Auctions, a Hagerty (NYSE: HGTY) company, is celebrating the success of its first European sale as the official auction partner of BMW AG after presenting over 70 of the world’s finest cars, boats and motorcycles at the prestigious Concorso d’Eleganza Villa D’Este.

Two vibrant sales, held on Saturday May 24th and Sunday May 25th in the Rotunda at Villa Erba, saw packed sales rooms and an atmosphere charged with excitement. Both auctions, also watched live by over 8,000 viewers on the Broad Arrow YouTube channel, achieved €31,172,625 in total sales, with 78 percent of all lots sold. Note, these figures include three lots sold within hours of the live auction ending.

“Our Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este auction has been a resounding success,” says Joe Twyman, VP of Sales for Broad Arrow’s EMEA Region. “The opportunity to present such a spectacular collection of the world’s most desirable cars on the shores of Lake Como at the world famous Concorso was a great way to launch our first European sale.”

Star of the Sunday sale was a 1948 Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa, quite possibly the most original early Ferrari extant, which sold for an auction record price of €7,543,750. Never before offered publicly for sale, it is one of two 166 Spyder Corsa models commissioned by one of Ferrari’s earliest customers. It has received awards at multiple prestigious shows and has competed in some of the greatest events, including the Mille Miglia and Targa Florio. The room was captivated by fast and competitive telephone bidding as two potential buyers fought for the chance to own this very special piece of Ferrari history.

The last of just 33 Motto-bodied Siata 208S Spiders, from 1954, was another highlight, with strong interest from bidders attracted by its beautiful style and remarkable provenance to achieve a sale price of €1,750,000.

Broad Arrow also presented a number of very special modern classic cars, including a spectacular 2003 Honda NSX-R. With just 15,800 kilometres, the Championship White, lightweight supercar attracted attention from around the world with bidders from the UK, Australia, Argentina, South Africa, and the US competing to own this rare supercar. Another electrifying sale saw a final bid duel lead to a world auction record-winning bid of €934,375.

Other modern classic highlights saw an outstanding 1989 Ferrari F40 Competizione attract a winning bid of €2,312,500 and a a 2023 Ford GT sell for €613,750.

To further demonstrate the broad range of enthusiast vehicles offered, a 1990 Ducati 851 F90 Corsa, owned by John Surtees but never ridden, tempted many bidders and sold for €81,250.

Broad Arrow also held a dedicated BMW-only sale, featuring cars from private collectors, on Saturday evening which produced equally impressive results. Featuring some of the most highly collectible models from the German marque, hosts of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, an outrageously beautiful 1980 BMW M1, enhanced to Procar specification by BMW Motorsport, took the spotlight. Causing a stir in the sale room it sold for an impressive €602,500.

“Not only did we achieve remarkable sales for some of the world’s most collectible models, but collectors were clearly excited by the carefully curated selection of cars we presented,” says Twyman. “We are extremely proud to have achieved such strong results, and a number of auction record sale prices, at our first European auction, and I now look forward to expanding Broad Arrow’s European sale calendar throughout 2025.”

Kenneth Ahn, President of Broad Arrow, added, “First and foremost, thank you to everyone for the tremendous interest and support for our very first auction in Europe, held on the stunning shores of Lake Como. By all accounts, it was an incredible success. We’re also deeply grateful to our wonderful partner, BMW AG, and the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. We look forward to welcoming even more car enthusiasts and industry friends as we continue to grow our presence in Europe.”

London (3 April 2025) – Broad Arrow Auctions, a Hagerty (NYSE: HGTY) company, continues to add exceptional collector cars to the offering for its inaugural year as the official auction partner of the prestigious Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

Today, Broad Arrow is delighted to announce that a significant BMW-only sale will feature as part of its two-day Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este auction. Taking place on the evening of Saturday 24 May, Broad Arrow’s BMW auction will celebrate the heritage of BMW as hosts of the revered Concorso. Early featured collector cars for the BMW-only auction represent halo cars for the marque across nearly 70 years of production.

“It is a real honour for us to host a special auction to celebrate BMW and its legacy of hosting the famous Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este,” said Joe Twyman, VP of Sales for the EMEA Region at Broad Arrow. “We have collated some of the very best cars from BMW’s illustrious history, including both classic and modern as well as iconic motorsport racers. Our evening sale adds a new dimension to the premier event in the concours world, and I am excited to present some of the most exceptional collector BMW cars available, with more soon to be announced.”

Featured cars offered from private collectors at the BMW-only sale include:
1958 BMW 507 Series II Roadster (Estimate: €2.000.000 – €2.300.000)

It is rare to come across a BMW 507 that was under original ownership for nearly its first half-century on the road. Yet this 507, chassis number 70127, can tell such a story. First registered to “Fa. W. Bartels jr.” of Braunschweig, Germany in 1958, it remained in the family for nearly half a century before they reluctantly parted with it. Subsequent owners lavished a great deal of attention on the 507, including a partial interior retrim and a fresh black soft-top. Its most recent owner purchased the car in 2018 and clearly saw great value in its exceptional originality, fastidiously maintained over the previous six decades, though he added just seven kilometres over seven years.

This rare BMW 507 Series II Roadster is offered as a highly original example and is among the most collectible BMW models. Additionally, this sought-after and timeless mid-century sports car celebrates its 70th anniversary this year and is eligible for the most prestigious driving and concours d’elegance events worldwide.

1980 BMW M1 (Estimate: €450.000 – €550.000)

BMW’s “M” division created the M1 as its first fully independent engineering project. Designed to compete with Porsche in Group 5 racing, the M1 featured a mid-engine layout, a tubular space frame chassis by Gianpaolo Dallara, and a striking wedge design by Giorgetto Giugiaro. Just 453 examples were made between 1978 and 1981, including road and racing versions, with the M1 playing a key role in the Procar BMW M1 Championship with drivers Niki Lauda and Nelson Piquet winning the first two seasons.

One of only 71 road cars finished in red from new, this BMW M1 was originally delivered in Berlin to German record producer, Frank Farian. Producer for famous names such as Boney M and Meat Loaf, Farian commissioned BMW Motorsport to modify the bodywork to match that of the famous M1 Procars. This included a large rear wing and a front splitter, while the flared wheel arches allowed wider 16-inch BBS RS multipiece wheels. Additional upgrades performed by Farian included reupholstering the seats with full leather, and unsurprisingly, the car’s sound system was upgraded with a Becker Mexico stereo, Clarion 150EQB graphic equaliser and additional speakers.

Farian owned the M1 for over a decade before selling it to an employee who kept it for the next 18 years when it found a new owner in Belgium. It returned to Germany in 2012 with a new owner and in 2020 it won the Owner’s Choice Award at the prestigious Salon Privé Concours in the U.K.

Following this showing, the car was sold to its current caretaker and was taken to a noted specialist in Sweden for servicing and the paintwork was restored to its original red. On completion, it was displayed at the inaugural 2024 The Aurora Scandinavian Concours in Sweden.

This remarkable BMW M1 has covered just under 91,000 kilometres (56,000 miles), has known celebrity ownership, and benefits from period modifications by BMW Motorsport.

2000 BMW Z8 (Estimate: €200.000 – €225.000)

Inspired by the 1956 BMW 507, the Z8, introduced in the late 1990s, blended retro design with modern performance. Designed by Henrik Fisker, the Z8’s styling incorporated nods to the 507, including a sculpted dashboard and front fender vents. Built on a bespoke aluminium chassis with a two-seat roadster body, it features the 4.9-litre V8 engine from the E39 BMW M5, producing 400 cv and 500 nm of torque. With a weight of 1,585 kg, the Z8 could accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds, reaching a top speed of 250 km/h.

Delivered new in Italy on 22 June 2001 by Autosport Brescia, this Z8 was specified in sleek Titanium Silver over a striking two-tone Sport Red and Black leather interior. Offered by just its third owner, the Z8 is in excellent condition, having covered just over 23,000 kilometres during its lifetime.

1981 BMW M1 (Estimate: €475.000 – €575.000)

This M1 was completed on 30 January 1981, one of 11 M1s delivered new to the BMW importer in the United Arab Emirates. It was purchased by Vijay Mallya, co-founder of the Force India Formula One Team, with the digital history file showing it was first registered in the U.K. on 30 January 1989.

It remained under Mallya’s ownership and travelled with him to Dubai, then to the U.K. and on to Alaska in 2012 before returning to the U.K. in 2014. Having owned it for 29 years, he sold the car in 2016 to its current owner in the Netherlands.

“These wonderful cars are just a taste of what is to come,” added Joe Twyman. “More fine examples from BMW’s wonderful history are soon to be announced.”

Broad Arrow will conduct its inaugural European auction in partnership with BMW AG as the official auction partner of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. As a crown jewel in the concours world, Broad Arrow is excited to present 70 of the highest quality collector cars with a premium auction experience during the Concorso weekend on the shores of Lake Como.

The cars Broad Arrow is proud to present at Retromobile include:

1948 Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa (Estimate: €5.500.000 – €7.500.000)
The star of the display will be the 1948 Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa, due to be auctioned for the very first time at Broad Arrow’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este Auction on 24-25 May 2025. Chassis number 004 C is widely considered to be one of the most original early Ferrari examples extant. With coachwork by Carrozzeria Ansaloni, the 166 is one of two examples purchased by the Besana brothers, Ferrari’s earliest customers. This extremely rare icon of Ferrari history finished sixth overall at the 1948 Targo Florio and is a veteran of the 1948 and 1949 Mille Miglia, with numerous period Formula Two competitions and hill climbs to its credit.

Complete with Ferrari Classiche White Book certification with its original body, chassis, 2.0-litre V12 engine, and five-speed racing gearbox, it is further complemented by 50-year family ownership from 1965 to 2015 with multiple in-depth editorial pieces documenting its impressive provenance.

1988 Porsche 911 TAG Turbo (Asking Price: £2,200,000)
The Porsche 911 TAG Turbo is one of the greatest stories in the history books of the illustrious Porsche marque. In 1987, Porsche’s research and development department created a one-off 911 that featured a Porsche-designed TAG Turbo 1.5-litre V6 Formula One engine. Used purely to develop the engine for use by McLaren in F1, it was never intended for production, but then in 2018, renowned Porsche specialist, Lanzante, turned this incredible machine into reality.

Only eleven were built, each featuring a genuine F1 engine from the period, and this example has an engine raced by Alain Prost in 1987. This extremely rare car features carbon fibre bodywork, striking Mint Green paintwork, sports seats with blue and green tartan inserts and a top speed of 200mph. The TAG Turbo not only represents the ultimate in analogue performance but is a showcase of exemplary craftsmanship and offers a rare opportunity for the avid Porsche collector, available now via Broad Arrow Private Sales. View a video of the TAG Turbo on track here.

1930 Bentley Speed Six ‘Old No.3’ (Asking Price: Available Upon Request)
Few cars are as revered as the Bentley Speed Six, famous for its exploits in the greatest sports car race in the world, the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Chassis number HM2869 is more affectionately known as ‘Old No.3’ and is one of only two cars built from scratch to race at Le Mans in 1930. ‘Bentley Boys’ Sammy Davis and Tim Birkin were tasked by the company’s founder, W.O. Bentley, with chasing the supercharged Mercedes-Benz in the race, a task they relished as they thundered after the Mercedes, pushing the 200bhp Speed Six to 110mph. It was Woolf Barnato that won the race in his Speed Six, but Old No.3 had made its mark in the history books.

It has continued to be raced since then, most recently competing in the Bentley race at the Le Mans Classic in 2023. Throughout its life, it has been meticulously maintained and presented at numerous concours events around the world, always proving a major talking point among collectors and enthusiasts alike. Old No.3 is more than just a motor car, or even a race car, it is a true piece of history that is as impressive today as it was the day it took the Le Mans circuit back in 1930. Old No. 3 is available now via Broad Arrow Private Sales.

1949 Talbot-Lago T26 Grand Sport Coupe by Dubos Frères (Estimate: €1.200.000 – €1.500.000)
Only 32 short-wheelbase Talbot-Lago Grand Sport Coupe chassis were built and historically each became a significant part of the legacy of founder Anthony Lago. All featured individually coachbuilt bodies, with famous coachbuilder Dubos Frères creating just two. This is the sole survivor and features a 4.5-litre twin-cam engine that contributed to the Grand Sport being the fastest production car in the world for a time.

A Grand Prix winner at the 1949 Concours d’Elegance du Bois de Boulogne in Paris, it was then imported to America where it featured in Road & Track magazine and went on to be owned by the famous driver, Otto Zipper. Owned by a well-known Talbot-Lago collector since 2009, this car featured in the book, Talbot-Lago Grand Sport: The Car from Paris and retains its original matching numbers for chassis, engine, and gearbox. The T26 Grand Sport embodied exclusivity, sophistication and performance at the highest level and returns to Retromobile for the first time since 2005.

1965 Ferrari 275 GTS (Estimate: €1.500.000 – €1.800.000)
Replacing the legendary Ferrari 250 SWB California Spider was no easy task, but Pininfarina did an incredible job to pen the beautiful 275 GTS in 1964. The famous Colombo-designed 60-degree V12 engine featured an increase of 25cc over its predecessor with a vast improvement in torque and usability. This engine had already proved successful in the Ferrari 275 P and 250 LM at Le Mans and its 260hp and superb engineering are equally impressive in the road car.

Only 200 GT Spiders were produced, all beautifully crafted by the Pininfarina design studio to provide a clean and timeless aesthetic that conveys the athletic ability of this highly coveted piece of Ferrari history. Finished in Rosso Rubino Chiaro over Nero Franzi leather, this Classiche certified 275 GTS is a prime example of 1960s Ferrari grand touring Berlinettas and worthy of a place in the world’s finest collections.

While the cars will be the stars, the Broad Arrow Retromobile stand will also feature a number of pieces of highly collectable memorabilia. Visitors will be able to view Formula 1 driver helmets and other desirable items that will be offered in Broad Arrow’s Spring 2025 Memorabilia Online Auction that takes place from 21 April to 4 May. Consignments and bidder registration are already open, and experts will be available to discuss this popular recurring auction with both buyers and sellers.
